CHRIS RUSSELL

PRESIDENT

As a NextGen Certified Professional, Chris brings more than 30 years of experience delivering software solutions to both healthcare and government clients. For more than a decade, he has found his niche working within corrections. Chris has developed core solutions to typical problems including offender management connectivity and creative intake through release tracking and managing statistics. Partnering to build a systems integration company grossing more than $100 million in revenue combined Chris’ passion for serving clients through correctional health and successfully stewarding a business. He enjoys photography and scuba diving, with hopes of eventually becoming a master diver. Chris is also actively involved as a scouting leader.

CYNTHIA PATTERSON

EXECUTIVE VP OF SERVICES

Cynthia has acquired more than two decades of experience in healthcare technology. She is also a NextGen Certified Professional. What began as a challenge to fix a fax machine inside a local doctor’s office launched Cynthia into a track record of success delivering profit-driven service and technology solutions. She has implemented NextGen Solutions in multi-specialty groups, public health and correctional facilities. Cynthia enjoys strategic management with an emphasis on team unity and cooperation. She encourages each of Medicalistics’ employees to find a personal passion while working towards every clients’ vision. When not focused on her clients’ vision, Cynthia enjoys looking through the lens of her camera, paddle boarding and traveling with her family.

WILLIAM “JOE” WEST

VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

Joe works cross sectionally across departments to improve quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. While working closely with the CEO and COO of Medicalistics, Joe’s primary focus is optimizing implementation standards and overseeing product delivery. Joe entered the medical record industry over a decade ago, first making an impact with Allscripts, an Electronic Health Record. He garnered valuable experience when leading an entire states correctional organization for template development. Joe later worked with the NextGen platform in data center management and facility expansion. Finding inspiration in the giving nature of public health professionals, Joe strives to give all Medicalistics clients the tools they need to best serve their patients. In his free time, Joe is active in his church and community, where he recently implemented a community-based library.

JOSE CABRERA

Developing and leading global teams in multiple go-to-market routes from direct to channel partner networks.  A high-performance executive with a history of accomplishment in sales and business development in the B2B market, including cloud and enterprise business solutions. Collaborative team player, innovative thinker and problem solver, and agile growth catalyst who leads by example and inspires teams to move initiatives forward. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills with particular strengths in effective cross-functional collaboration at all levels and stakeholders.

Mr. Steiner current serves as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Medicalistics. He has more than twenty-seven years’ experience in the healthcare field serving as director, VP, CIO and now CTO at national healthcare and technology companies. Mr. Steiner has established new markets, managed product direction, and go to market strategy for healthcare technology companies including Corrections/Public Health and Behavioral Health. He is also responsible for company technology platform, partnerships, and external relationships (Business Development) and effectiveness of technology resources.

AMBER PALLAS

Before joining the Medicalistics team in 2015, Amber implemented electronic health records in the private sector. Amber has greatly enjoyed the fresh perspective of EHR implementation within correctional health. In her current role, Amber coordinates implementation plans, manages training and oversees product documentation. She is also currently working on product development for Medicalistics’ eZmar and Residential applications as well as correctional health content for NextGen. Striving to maximize positive feedback, she is passionate about equipping our team to best serve clients. Amber also enjoys traveling, photography, and diving.

Chris, a NextGen Certified Professional, oversees the full rollout of NextGen products at Medicalistics. He also monitors adherence to state contractual requirements. He is the program manager for a large state DOC and oversees staff development with regards to the EHR system. Chris is passionate about maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that they are maximizing use and effectiveness of all the Medicalistics products. Chris previously worked for NextGen Healthcare for 6 years as the Western Regional Implementation Manager. When not maximizing client satisfaction, Chris enjoys hanging out with his family, scuba diving, and listening to music.

MARY RIBBING

TEAM LEAD – TRAINING / IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT

Mary brings 20 years of experience in the medical industry to the Medicalistics team. As an implementation consultant, she works to streamline work flows while teaching clients how to best use Medicalistics’ products. Mary most enjoys her direct training with clients, knowing that she is positively impacting their work lives. A self-proclaimed foodie, Mary enjoys trying local foods and wines. Situated just outside of Napa Valley, she does not have to travel too far to try some of the best wine in the world.

SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT

KARI MISSEL

SENIOR DATA ARCHITECT

In addition to a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, Kari, a NextGen Certified Professional, brings more than 20 years of experience in electronic health record systems. She works with clients to discern needs and then leverages NextGen systems to effectively create solutions. She is passionate about designing customizations to fit the needs of specific clients. Additionally, Kari enjoys using data analytics to find patterns with hopes of creating new solutions. Kari often uses her knowledge to mentor clients so that they can effectively troubleshoot on their own. When not finding unique solutions, Kari enjoys singing in choir and playing the flute at her church.

ROBIN UPRETI

DATA ARCHITECT

Robin is a NextGen Certified Professional. He has been developing software systems in NextGen since 2005. With experience as a software consultant, software engineer and SQL programmer, Robin’s training has made him a passionate problem solver. A natural leader, Robin spearheads a team of developers in efforts to create web-based applications, web services, and desktop applications. He enjoys listening to a client’s needs and then working to design and develop a solution. Robin has extensive experience working with NextGen templates as well as tools in .NET technology and Mirth. In his free time, Robin skis, snowboards and enjoys camping.
